Prior to joining Shift Health, Joshua contributed to a portfolio of real-world studies utilizing both primary and secondary data collection methodologies to generate real-world evidence. As part of his projects, he collaborated with cross-functional teams to distil scientific insights into actionable and strategic recommendations. His work spanned several therapeutic areas, including dermatology, oncology, endocrinology, neurology, and pulmonology. Joshua completed his BSc in Pharmacology and MSc in Pathology at McGill University, where his research focused on pre-clinical therapeutics for Pulmonary Fibrosis. During his graduate studies, Joshua supported Phase II & III oncology studies at the Centre for Innovative Medicine at the McGill University Health Centre.
