Rooted in curiosity, spurred by the drive to explore, question, and contribute to the evolution of science and technology, combined with the creativity and purpose needed to translate these advances into solutions.

Prior to joining Shift Health, Anu advised biopharma and medtech leaders on launch strategy, commercialization, go-to-market, market access, life cycle management and stakeholder engagement across the Canada, US, and EU5 (UK, Germany, Italy, France and Spain) markets. Her consulting experience spans across several therapy areas, including oncology, immunology, rare disease, vaccines, metabolic disorders, medical devices and diagnostics, where she translated primary and secondary research & business intelligence into actionable strategies to support product commercialization, improve patient access and drive brand success. Anu has a PhD in biofilm mediated microbial pathogenesis from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and has also worked in an early-stage startup to conceptualize a predictive analytics platform using microbiome signatures for maternal and infant health.

At Shift Health, Anu is looking forward to working alongside her colleagues who share her passion for innovation and transformation in the healthcare sector, as well as advocacy for health equity and access.

Outside of work, Anu is an artist and a poet, who enjoys traveling and drawing inspiration from diverse people, cultures, and art.
