Deboleena brings extensive experience across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, autoimmune, and rare diseases. She has a strong track record in developing strategies for portfolio optimization, market opportunity assessment, and strategy playbooks to support product launches. Deboleena graduated with a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University, where her research focused on developing allografts to accelerate fracture healing.
