We are proud to join the growing list of organizations that have committed to gender parity and significant representation of under-represented groups within their boards and senior management teams by embracing the Government of Canada’s 50-30 Challenge. As an active member of the BlackNorth Initiative, we have signed the CEO Pledge to remove anti-Black systemic barriers negatively affecting the lives of Black Canadians. We are also helping to develop the next generation of scientific experts through our partnership with Visions of Science.
Through our work with clients, our thought leadership and our volunteer work with partners across the health research and innovation ecosystem, we advocate for the importance of IDEA and advise on how to meaningfully embed IDEA without their organizations. Some of our community efforts to embed IDEA within the health research and innovation ecosystem include Building an Inclusive Life Sciences Future (BILSF) and Inclusive Life Sciences Collaboration (ILSC).
