Shift Health reviewed internal reports, studied the positioning of comparators and conducted extensive stakeholder interviews to understand the unique role that the client played in the ecosystem. Shift Health translated the outputs of this analysis into a discussion guide and facilitated a full-day Board retreat aimed at identifying specific opportunities for the organization to differentiate itself to funders and partners.
With renewed clarity on its value proposition and a short list of near-term initiatives to pursue, the leadership team was positioned to strengthen the organization’s impact and long-term sustainability.
